Audit and internal control

Supervision over Fund’s operation is also carried out through internal and external audits.

  • The internal audit is carried out by an external contractor selected through a public tender. The auditor systematically analyzes and evaluates the risk management, monitoring and evaluation of internal controls, monitoring and evaluation of risk management and assistance in improving the Fund’s operations.
  •   The external audit is performed by an external contractor selected through a public tender to audit the financial statements of the Fund. The external audit is appointed by the Government of the Republic of Slovenia on the proposal of the Fund’s Supervisory Board.
