For innovative SMEs in the early stages of development (start-up and scale-up companies), the Fund implements specialized mentoring programs

Mentoring programs provide start-up and scale-up companies with free one-on-one support from an experienced start-up mentor (e.g., a start-up entrepreneur, executive in start-up companies, or active investor in start-up companies) in various areas, such as:

Building/improving the business model

Product development

Marketing and sales

Financial management

Operational processes

Team leadership and organisational
development

Key performance indicators (KPIs)

Networking and connecting with key partners and funding sources

New market entry

The Fund co-finances and/or coordinates the implementation of start-up mentoring for:

Current recipients of grants for launching innovative companies (P2) or seed capital (SK).

Interested start-up companies registered in the Register of Innovative Start-up Companies.
