To perform its tasks, the Slovenian Enterprise Fund (hereinafter the Fund) must also obtain and process personal data. Personal data means any information relating to the data subject (name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, ID number, web identifier…). who a particular individual is.
The Fund processes personal data in accordance with applicable law. It has harmonized its activities with the provisions of the General Regulation on Data Protection, which has been in force since 25.5.2018.
The Fund ensures that personal data is processed in a legal, fair and transparent manner and with respect for individual rights. Personal data is collected and processed only for specific purposes and to a minimum. The data will be stored only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and/or is stipulated by the regulation.
