Companies can apply for the acquisition of an individual product by responding to the SPS’s published public tender for the respective product.
An interested company that meets the conditions of the specific tender applies by officially submitting a proposal, which must be prepared in accordance with the tender conditions specified in the published public tender, thereby becoming an applicant.
The applicant itself – the company applying – is responsible for preparing and submitting the application.
The content of the application is presented in each tender individually, with the basic elements being:
- the application form (available for each tender in electronic form on the ePortal), and
- the business plan, which can be found under the category:
/Tools for Preparing the Application/Tool for Preparing the Business Plan. With the help of the pre-prepared tool, sole proprietors and business companies can independently prepare a business plan.
A few official documents need to be added, but companies do not face major bureaucratic difficulties in preparing the application.
The SPS requires only the essential documents related to the proper utilization of national and European funds for the entrepreneurial sector.
If a company meets the conditions of the public tender for the specific product, it applies by digitally submitting the application on the ePortal.
The application must include at a minimum:
- Application form for obtaining aid (ePortal)
- Business plan (optionally, entrepreneurs can use the tool for preparing the business plan for LLCs or sole proprietors, which is available on the SPS website /Tools for Preparing the Application/Tool for Preparing the Business Plan/)
- Positive bank decision on loan approval (for products that include bank loans)
- Credit rating certificates:
- a) for business companies: BON-2 (AJPES),
- b) for sole proprietors: certificate of paid taxes from the relevant tax office
The complete list of documents for a full application is specified in each tender for each product individually.
