Co-financing of max 60% or up to EUR 9,999.99 in grants
Vouchers are small-value incentives that provide micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with significantly simplified access to co-financing for individual services, which can help companies enhance their competitiveness, competencies, and innovation.
The process of obtaining them is quick and easy, as they are available throughout the year (until funds are exhausted) and without excessive approval procedures (rapid processing).

Basic features
- Simple and accessible small value incentives for SMEs.
- From EUR 300 to EUR 9,999.99 in grants.
- Co-financing up to a maximum of 60% of the eligible costs per granted voucher or in the amount of a lump sum.

- Eligible costs for most content are individually determined in each public call.
- Free help with preparing an application – SPOT advice (consultants from the network of Slovenian Business Points – 12 locations).
Application conditions
- Micro, small and medium enterprises (organized as Ltd., s.p. or cooperatives).
- Headquarters in the Republic of Slovenia.
- At least 1 employee on the day of submission of the application (the holder of the activity at s.p. is also taken into account). (This may vary depending on the appeal.)
- Settled financial liabilities.
- The company must not find itself in a state of adversity or financial distress (in compulsory settlement proceedings, bankruptcy, etc.).
- The applicant does not have a registered activity
- Belonging to the excluded sector for the main activity.
Take advantage of free assistance and information for application preparation and claim submission
Applicants can access free assistance and expert information on individual vouchers or published public calls through the Slovenian Business Points network (SPOT) or SPOT Consulting for:
- Applying for a public call (preparing applications and filling out forms)
- Submitting a claim for funds
Applicants receive free assistance and all expert information from experienced SPOT Consulting advisors, who are accessible to applicants in 12 statistical regions. Voucher acquisition procedure

Public call
Call for each (group of) voucher(s) (SEF Website and OG RS).

Application preparation
Free assistance in preparing the application by SPOT advice (available in all 12 statistical regions).

Simplified and accessible application submission
The company submits the application through the electronic portal e-Voucher, allowing
the entire application as well as the payment request to be submitted electronically via the portal’s two-factor signature.

Application processing at Slovene Enterprise Fund (SEF)
SEF verifies the eligibility of applicants to public calls.

Signing agreement with the SEF
Signing of the agreement with the SEF is conducted via an electronic signature and a digital certificate.

Implementation
Eligible activities must be completed in accordance with the contract.

Payment request and evidence
The payment request is to be submitted electronically via the portal.
