This pillar supports projects focusing on global challenges, such as research and innovation, and on strengthening the competitiveness of European industry. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The voucher is intended for companies <strong>that have already submitted an application to one of the EU Horizon Europe calls<\/strong> and have achieved at least 3 points for each criterion, and a total of at least 10 out of a possible 15 points. This means that only companies that have already successfully applied and achieved the required number of points for their project can apply for the voucher. In two-stage calls, SMEs can apply after the second phase is completed.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The voucher covers the costs of preparing a project application for calls under the second pillar of the EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation &#8211; Horizon, <strong>which were or will be published between 1 January 2025 and 31 December 2027 on the <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/funding-tenders\/opportunities\/portal\/screen\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">EU Funding&amp;Tenders portal.<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A list of all the calls covered by the public call is available on the <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/funding-tenders\/opportunities\/portal\/screen\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" style=\"\">EU Funding &amp; Tenders<\/a> portal.<br \/><strong>To find relevant calls, follow these steps:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>On the Funding tab, select Calls for Proposals.<\/li>\n<li>On the left side, in the Filters section, click All filters.<\/li>\n<li>On the right side, in the Programming period section, select 2021-2027.<\/li>\n<li>In the Programme section, select Horizon Europe &#8211; HORIZON.<\/li>\n<li>In the Programme part section, select Global Challenges and European Industrial Competitiveness.<\/li>\n<li>In the Opening date section, enter 01.01.2025.<br \/>This will give you an overview of all the calls that are relevant to the V6 voucher.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-2 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-text-color:var(--awb-custom_color_3);--awb-margin-top:48px;\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:32;line-height:var(--awb-typography1-line-height);\">Amount of funding<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><ul>\n<li>60% co-financing of eligible costs<\/li>\n<li>Minimum subsidy: EUR 500.00<\/li>\n<li>Maximum subsidy: EUR 4,000.00<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-3 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-text-color:var(--awb-custom_color_3);--awb-margin-top:48px;\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:32;line-height:var(--awb-typography1-line-height);\">Funds available<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><ul>\n<li>EUR 0.5 million for the period 2025\u20132028<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-4 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-text-color:var(--awb-custom_color_3);--awb-margin-top:48px;\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:32;line-height:var(--awb-typography1-line-height);\">Eligible applicants<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><ul>\n<li>micro, small and medium-sized enterprises based in the Republic of Slovenia, which, as legal or natural persons, are engaged in economic activity and are organised as companies or self-employed individuals or cooperatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-5 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-text-color:var(--awb-custom_color_3);--awb-margin-top:48px;\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:32;line-height:var(--awb-typography1-line-height);\">Eligible costs<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><p>The following eligible costs are co-financed under this public call:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>costs of an external contractor<\/b> who assisted the beneficiary in preparing a project proposal for a call under the second pillar of the EU Framework Programme Horizon Europe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>VAT is not an eligible cost.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>SMEs can claim costs incurred in the period from the publication of the public call until 30 9. 2028.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>SMEs can obtain funding several times for this public call during the period<\/b>, but only if they are for different project proposals submitted to calls under the second pillar of the EU Framework Programme Horizon Europe.<\/p>\n<p>SMEs <b>submit a separate application<\/b> for each project proposal.<\/p>\n<p>Activities that will be carried out and paid for within the eligibility period specified in the co-financing contract will be eligible for co-financing.
