fusion-text-1\"><ul>\n<li>The <strong>purpose of the voucher<\/strong> is to encourage micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) <strong>to participate in international projects through applications to the European Innovation Council (EIC) calls for proposals within the Horizon Europe programme.<\/strong> The voucher enables companies to co-finance the costs of preparing high-quality project proposals with the help of qualified external contractors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>objective of the voucher<\/strong> is to enable SMEs to better prepare for and have a greater chance of success in the demanding international EIC calls for proposals, which represent an important opportunity to finance high value-added development and innovation projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-2 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-text-color:var(--awb-custom_color_3);--awb-margin-top:48px;\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:32;line-height:var(--awb-typography1-line-height);\">Eligible applicants<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><ul>\n<li>Companies that have already applied to the EIC calls for proposals under the Horizon Europe programme, which include the following subprogrammes, are eligible for co-financing:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>EIC Pathfinder Open and EIC Pathfinder Challenges,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>EIC Transition Open,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>EIC Accelerator Open and EIC Accelerator Challenges,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>EIC STEP Scale-up.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-3 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-text-color:var(--awb-custom_color_3);--awb-margin-top:48px;\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:32;line-height:var(--awb-typography1-line-height);\">Eligibility conditions<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><ul>\n<li>The application must be submitted to a call <strong>open from 29 October 2024 to 31 December 2027 inclusive.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The company must achieve at least the minimum threshold of points determined for each call in the international evaluation.<\/li>\n<li>The voucher application must include an official Evaluation Summary Report (ESR) as proof of assessment.<\/li>\n<li>Companies that were invited to an interview under the EIC Accelerator Open, EIC Accelerator Challenges, or EIC STEP Scale-up sub-programmes may obtain additional funding. To do so, they must submit an additional application to SEF. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-4 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-text-color:var(--awb-custom_color_3);--awb-margin-top:48px;\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:32;line-height:var(--awb-typography1-line-height);\">Amount of funding<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><ul>\n<li>60% co-financing of eligible costs<\/li>\n<li>Minimum subsidy: EUR 500.00<\/li>\n<li>Maximum amount of subsidy for each set of activities for subprogrammes:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>EIC Pathfinder Open &amp; EIC Pathfinder Challenges:<\/strong>\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li>in the case of a consortium partner EUR 2,000.00,<\/li>\n<li>in the case of a leading partner in the consortium EUR 3,000.00.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>EIC Transition Open:<\/strong>\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li>first stage:\n<ul>\n<li>in the case of a consortium partner EUR 2,000.00,<\/li>\n<li>in the case of a leading partner in the consortium or as an independent applicant EUR 3,000.00.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>second stage \u2013 invitation to interview:\n<ul>\n<li>in the case of a consortium partner EUR 1,500.00,<\/li>\n<li>in the case of a leading partner in the consortium or as an independent applicant EUR 2,000.00.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>EIC Accelerator Open &amp; EIC Accelerator Challenges as an independent applicant:<\/strong>\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li>Short proposal EUR 2,000.00.<\/li>\n<li>Full proposal EUR 5,000.00.<\/li>\n<li>Invitation to interview EUR 3,000.00.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>EIC STEP Scale-up as an independent applicant:<\/strong>\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li>Invitation to interview EUR 4,000.00.<\/li>\n<li>Or, for all subprogrammes\/sets of activities together, a maximum of EUR 9,999.99. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-5 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-text-color:var(--awb-custom_color_3);--awb-margin-top:48px;\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:32;line-height:var(--awb-typography1-line-height);\">Funds available<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><ul>\n<li>EUR 0.2 million for the period 2025\u20132028<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-6 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-text-color:var(--awb-custom_color_3);--awb-margin-top:48px;\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:32;line-height:var(--awb-typography1-line-height);\">Eligible applicants<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><p>micro, small and medium-sized enterprises based in the Republic of Slovenia, which, as legal or natural persons, are engaged in economic activity and are organised as companies or self-employed individuals or cooperatives<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-7 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-text-color:var(--awb-custom_color_3);--awb-margin-top:48px;\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:32;line-height:var(--awb-typography1-line-height);\">Eligible costs<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-7\"><div><span data-fusion-font=\"true\">The following eligible costs are co-financed under this public call:<\/span><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>costs of an external contractor<\/strong> who assisted the beneficiary in preparing the project proposal for the call within the European Innovation Council (EIC) subprogrammes within the Horizon Europe programme,<\/li>\n<li><strong>travel costs:<\/strong> costs of a return air ticket (only in the case of an invitation to an interview &#8211; EIC Accelerator Open &amp; EIC Accelerator Challenges, EIC STEP Scale-up),<\/li>\n<li><strong>accommodation costs:<\/strong> only the costs of one night or one night with breakfast are eligible (only in the case of an invitation to an interview &#8211; EIC Accelerator Open &amp; EIC Accelerator Challenges, EIC STEP Scale-up).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The costs of training, travel and material costs of the external contractor incurred in the preparation of the project proposal are not eligible costs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VAT is not an eligible cost.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>SMEs can claim costs incurred in the period from the publication of the public call until 30 9. 2028.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>SMEs can obtain funds several times during the period for this public call.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>SMEs <strong>submit a separate application<\/strong> for each project proposal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Activities that will be carried out and paid for within the eligibility period specified in the co-financing contract will be eligible for co-financing.
