The following eligible activities will be supported within the public tender: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>project management, which includes professional-content work, personnel-business function, administrative-financial management of project activities and communication with the public,<\/li>\n<li>development of knowledge and improvement of business practices in the priority areas of design management knowledge in companies,<\/li>\n<li>active participation of partners in the field of employee management, personnel development, introduction of design management, exchange of good practices and other relevant content,<\/li>\n<li>implementation of activities for the wider public (development and promotional conferences, cooperation with young people, students, educational institutions, subjects of the innovative environment, \u2026).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-3 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-text-color:var(--awb-custom_color_3);--awb-margin-top:50px;\" id=\"informacije\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:32;line-height:var(--awb-typography1-line-height);\">Funds available<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><ul>\n<li>EUR 1.52 million<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-4 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-text-color:var(--awb-custom_color_3);--awb-margin-top:50px;\" id=\"informacije\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:32;line-height:var(--awb-typography1-line-height);\">Terms of the call<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><p>The application can be submitted by a company or a representative body (e.g. clusters), which, if selected as a beneficiary, will lead a consortium of partners and be responsible for the implementation of the project, in accordance with the goals and rules.<\/p>\n<p>A partnership can apply to the public tender if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>includes at least 15 partners, of which at least 7 are small and\/or medium-sized enterprises, whereby the criteria defined by Article 55 of the ZGD-1 are used to determine the size, <\/li>\n<li>includes partners who together employ at least 1,500 people on the day of application<sup>[1]<\/sup>,<\/li>\n<li>must be in accordance with the purpose, goals and subject of the public tender,<\/li>\n<li>plans at least 2,000 inclusions in education and training programs in the application,<\/li>\n<li>plans a training program at the partnership level, in accordance with the priority area of design management knowledge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The applicant and other partners must also meet the other conditions specified in the tender and tender documentation.<\/p>\n<p>[1] <span data-fusion-font=\"true\">The situation on the day of submission of the application to the public tender is taken into
