fusion-text-1\"><ul>\n<li>The purpose of this public call is to encourage micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to prepare a voluntary ESG (sustainability) report in accordance with European standards (VSME or simplified ESRS for SMEs), thereby improving their environmental, social, and governance performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-2 enterprises based in the Republic of Slovenia, which, as legal or natural persons, are engaged in economic activity and are organised as companies or self-employed individuals or cooperatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-5 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:32;line-height:var(--awb-typography1-line-height);\">Eligible costs<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><div>Under this public call, the following costs are co-financed:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><b>preparation of a voluntary sustainability report (ESG report), <\/b>prepared by an external professional service provider in accordance with European sustainability reporting standards for SMEs (VSME or ESRS for SMEs);<\/li>\n<li><b>independent review of the ESG report<\/b>, performed by an authorized audit firm that issues a limited assurance report on the compliance of the report with the prescribed standards;<\/li>\n<li><b>publication of the ESG report on the AJPES portal<\/b>, where the report must be publicly accessible no later than the submission of the claim for subsidy payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Service costs directly related to the preparation, review, and publication of the voluntary sustainability report are co-financed.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-6 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-text-color:var(--awb-custom_color_3);--awb-margin-top:50px;\" id=\"informacije\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:32;line-height:var(--awb-typography1-line-height);\">Special conditions<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>The project must be consistent with the purpose of the ESG voucher<\/li>\n<li>The company must have at least 1 employee during the duration of the project.<\/li>\n<li>The ESG report must be prepared in accordance with the applicable VSME or simplified ESRS standards and legislation<\/li>\n<li>The ESG report must be reviewed by an authorized audit firm, which issues a limited assurance report.<\/li>\n<li>The ESG report must be publicly published on AJPES before the claim is submitted.<\/li>\n<li>The external service provider must be selected economically and at a market price.<\/li>\n<li>The external service provider may not simultaneously be an applicant for the call, nor may the applicant act as a provider for another applicant.<\/li>\n<li>Activities must correspond to the eligible costs of the public call.<\/li>\n<li>External provider costs are not eligible if it is a related company or a provider that is ownership, management, or family-related to the applicant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div
