USE OF THE SEF LOGO
The logo and other elements of the corporate identity of the Slovenian Enterprise Fund (hereinafter referred to as the ‘SEF’) are protected and constitute the official visual identity of the SEF. Their use is permitted exclusively in accordance with the conditions set out below and only for non-commercial purposes.
The use of the logo or other graphic elements of the SEF for marketing purposes by other parties — such as advertisements, promotional leaflets, presentation materials, etc. — is not permitted where it might misleadingly imply that the SEF is the author or supporter of the content presented, when this is not in fact the case.
1. Eligible users
The SEF logo may be used exclusively by the following parties:
- Recipients of SEF funding — to promote SEF support for various projects.
- SEF project partners and programme implementers — in the context of projects co-funded or supported by the SEF.
- Public authorities, public agencies and other public institutions — in the context of official cooperation or partnership.
- Media — to report on the activities or programmes of the SEF, subject to the correct use of the logo.
2. Permitted uses
The use of the SEF logo is authorised exclusively for non-commercial purposes, namely:
- to inform the public about projects funded or co-funded by the SEF;
- to present the cooperation with the SEF at professional events, conferences, fairs, etc.;
- for use on official communication and promotional material related to SEF projects;
- in media publications where SEF is featured as a resource or partner.
3. Prohibited use
The use of the SEF logo by other parties is not permitted:
- for commercial purposes, such as advertisements, promotional leaflets or materials advertising the services of other parties in connection with the various SEF instruments and incentives;
- in a way that could misleadingly imply that the SEF is the author, organiser or financier of the content or events, when in fact this is not the case;
- in combination with elements that violate the law or damage the reputation of the SEF.
4. How to use the logo
- The logo of the SEF must be used in accordance with the rules of the integrated graphic design, without altering the colours, proportions, elements or additions.
- The user must ensure that the logo is identifiable, appropriately positioned and not placed in a misleading context.
5. Liability
- Each user of the SEF logo is responsible for its correct and legal use. SEF reserves the right to request the immediate removal of the logo in the event of violations of these terms and conditions or improper use.
