• Status of micro, small or medium-sized enterprise with headquarters in the Republic of Slovenia
• Organized as a sole proprietor, general partnership, cooperative and institution, and social enterprise so.p.
• The economic activity must take place in a border problem area
• The loan amount must not exceed 30% of the value of net sales revenues achieved in 2023
• At least 1 employee for full-time employment
• Company established and operating before 1. 1. 2023
• When submitting the application, the company has been operating with the same tax number for at least six (6) months
• Credit rating at least SB8
• The company must not be in difficulty
• The company does not belong to an excluded sector
• »de minimis«

• Tangible fixed assets (purchase of new work machines and equipment)
• Investments in business real estate (e.g. purchase of business buildings/other business premises with associated land, construction/adaptation of business buildings/other business premises, arrangement of business land)
• Intangible fixed assets (software, patents, licenses, trademarks)
• Costs of material and merchandise
• Service costs
• Labor costs (net salary, income tax, contributions, meal costs, allowance,…)

The following are not eligible costs: costs of purchasing or renovating road transport vehicles, costs of purchasing solar power plants and/or storage facilities, value added tax

• Proof of AJPES assessment S.BON-1 or eS.BON (online credit rating) for economic companies, sole proprietors, cooperatives and institutions based on the annual report for 2023
• Accounting statements for 2023, which were submitted to AJPES
  
• Loan security (applies to loans requested from EUR 25,001 to EUR 100,000) requires the submission of appropriate documentation, namely:

  b) Statement of personal assets of the personal guarantor with attachments. The form is here.
  The attachments are as follows:
  • GURS real estate valuation/e (https://eprostor.gov.si/EV_JAVNI/) or real estate valuation/e by an authorized contractor, prepared at least in 2024
  • Land registry excerpt/s for the real estate/s.
    The statement with attachments must be completed for each guarantor separately, including the owner of the company (even if the latter has no assets).
