Basic regulations and internal acts

The basic regulations of the Slovenian Entrepreneurship Fund (SPS) are legal and implementing documents that define the operation of the SPS, its tasks, the conditions for financing companies, and other key guidelines. These regulations are the basis for implementing incentives and support measures for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Slovenia.
