User registration on the ePortal

  • Applications for SEF’s public tenders and calls are submitted entirely through the ePortal at this link, for which prior registration is required. If you do not yet have a user account (username and password), you can create one using the “Registration” button.
  • It is important that the first name and last name of the person creating the user account are the same as the authorized person for representing the company, as entered in the Business Register of Slovenia.
  • Before you begin registering a username, we recommend that you read the attached user instructions, as they facilitate easier registration.

2

Login to the ePortal

  • Log in to the ePortal with the username or email address and password that you created earlier, and enter the ePortal.

3

Company registration

  • You are now in the ePortal. The first and most important step in the ePortal is to register your company. To do this, click on the “New Company” tab.
  • Within this field, enter your company’s registration number and click the “Automatically Fill” tab.
  • All other missing data will then be filled in automatically, as this is a digital data transfer from the Ajpes database.
  • It is important to enter the mobile phone number of the person who is the account holder.
  • If you only need help preparing the electronic application, add an authorized advisor. The advisor must be previously registered on the ePortal and cannot be a signatory.

4

Selection of the application form

  • Your company is now fully registered in the ePortal.
  • Select the application form for the public tender or call to which you wish to apply and submit the application electronically.
  • Tenders and calls are marked with the appropriate label; select the one you are applying for and begin filling in the required information.

5

Selection of the application form

  • On the “Application Overview” page, clicking the “Sign” link starts the two-factor document signing process.
  • You will receive an SMS on your mobile number with a password that is the key to signing the document.
  • Using the password, you can review and sign the application form.
  • Once the application form and accompanying documents are signed, you can continue editing the application.

6

Completing the application

  • Upload all the required documents specified by the public tender or call.

7

Submission of application

  • Once you have completed all the steps, clicking on “Submit Application” officially sends the application to SEF for processing.
  • You will receive a notification of the application submission to your email address.

8

Review and contract signing

  • Your application is now being processed by SEF.
  • If your application does not contain the appropriate documentation, you will be asked to supplement the application on the ePortal.
  • SEF notifies all applicants of the outcome of their application via email.
  • If your application is evaluated with a positive decision and the next step is the conclusion of a contract, SEF will send it to you for signature via email.
  • The contract signed by SEF awaits your electronic signature in a folder in the ePortal.
  • Digitally sign the contract. When signing the contract, follow the attached instructions of the SEF’s decision.
