Activities of training and networking programmes

  • Promotional and educational events where companies gain insight into current trends, good practices and support opportunities at national and international level.
  • Networking and match-making services that enable targeted connections with investors, potential business partners, customers and other key stakeholders.
  • Thematic training with an emphasis on entrepreneurial skills, business model development, entering new markets and other current topics for start-ups and scale-ups.
  • Training for the development of specific knowledge and competences crucial for the successful growth of the company (e.g. digitalisation, sustainable development, team management – public tender for KCDM, artificial intelligence (AI), etc.).
  • Expert advice where companies work with experienced professionals who provide them with targeted support in overcoming development challenges.
  • Study visits and group participation in conferences, which enable companies to acquire new knowledge and practical experience, broaden their horizons and establish international connections.
  • The “STEP Platform” – Strategic Technologies for Europe Platform enables targeted support for the development and deployment of key strategic technologies in the EU. The goal is to strengthen European competitiveness, strategic autonomy, and promote innovation in areas such as green technologies, digitalization, advanced materials, and biotechnology. STEP promotes investment, linking research with industry, and a faster breakthrough for European companies on a global level.

These programmes provide important support for faster growth and greater competitiveness of innovative companies, as they enable them to comprehensively upgrade their knowledge and connect with an environment in which they can successfully develop their ideas and products.
