The logo and other elements of the corporate identity of the Slovenian Entrepreneurship Fund (hereinafter: SEF) are protected and represent the official visual identity of SEF. Their use is permitted exclusively in accordance with the conditions set out below, and only for purposes that do not involve commercial exploitation.

The use of the SEF logo or other graphic elements for marketing purposes by other persons – such as advertisements, promotional flyers, presentation materials, etc. – is not permitted if it could misleadingly suggest that SEF is the author or supporter of the presented content, when this is not actually the case.

Use of the SEF logo

Eligible users

The SEF logo may be used exclusively by the following entities:

  • SEF beneficiaries – for the purpose of informing the public about SEF support for a particular project.
  • SEF project partners and program implementers – within the framework of projects co-financed or supported by SEF.
  • State bodies, public agencies and other public institutions – within the framework of official cooperation or partnership.
  • Media – for the purpose of reporting on the operation or programs of SEF, taking into account the correct use of the logo.

Permitted uses

The use of the SEF logo is permitted exclusively for non-commercial purposes, namely:

  • to inform the public about projects financed or co-financed by SEF;
  • to present cooperation with SEF at professional events, conferences, fairs, etc.;
  • for use on official communication and promotional materials related to SEF projects;
  • in media publications where SEF is presented as a source or partner.

Prohibited use

The use of the SEF logo by other persons is not permitted:

  • for commercial purposes, such as advertisements, promotional flyers or materials that advertise the services of other persons in connection with various SEF instruments and incentives;
  • in a way that could misleadingly indicate that SEF is the author, organizer or financier of the content or events, if this is not actually the case;
  • in combination with elements that violate the law or damage the reputation of SEF.

How to use

  • The SEF logo must be used in accordance with the rules of the corporate identity, without changing colors, proportions, elements or additions.
  • The user must ensure that the logo is clearly recognizable, appropriately placed and not placed in a misleading context.

Responsibility

Each user of the SEF logo is responsible for its correct and legal use. SEF reserves the right to request the immediate removal of the logo in the event of violations of these conditions or improper use.
