Purpose of the call
- To enable easier, faster and more affordable bank loans
- To increase the possibility of obtaining a loan for those companies that do not have sufficient guarantees themselves

- The application is submitted electronically via the Fund’s ePortal
- The application can be submitted on the following application deadlines: April 15, May 5, May 25, June 15, July 5, September 1, September 15, October 1, and October 15, 2023.

2. Registration and creation of a company in the ePortal
- Before completing the application form, the applicant registers and creates a company profile
- If the applicant needs assistance in preparing the application, they can add an authorized representative who is also registered on the Fund’s ePortal.

3. Preparation of the application

Application form P1 plus 2023 – ePortal
- Completion of the electronic application form in the ePortal
- Business/presentation plan with financial appendix:
- Balance sheets/credit rating
- Annual report for 2021 or 2022
- balance sheet, profit and loss account, submitted to Ajpes, on unified forms for state statistics;
- S-BON-1 (Ajpes) for 2021
- for 2021 (application deadlines April 15 and May 5, 2023)
- for 2022 (application deadlines from and including May 25, 2023)
- for companies established in 2023: BON-2 (Ajpes) and accounting statements from the date of establishment of the company to the last day of the previous month, depending on the month of submission of the application to the Fund.
- Annual report for 2021 or 2022
- Bank decision on the approval of a loan secured by a guarantee from the Fund
- the applicant obtains it from one of the participating commercial banks with the Fund

- Property valuation
- if the applicant’s project relates to the purchase of business premises, it is necessary to enclose in the application an appraisal of the property by an authorized contractor, prepared at least in 2022.
