Date of publication: 17.04.2026

Public Call V10 – Voucher for obtaining certificates is intended to encourage micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to improve the quality of their operations and increase competitiveness in domestic and foreign markets. The public call encourages companies to obtain new certificates and maintain or renew existing certificates for management systems, products, processes, and services, aiming to contribute to higher product and service quality and strengthen the potential of Slovenian companies in foreign markets.

A total of 3 million euros is available for the implementation of the public call for the period 2026–2028, with funds provided by the European Regional Development Fund. Co-financing of eligible costs amounts to up to 60%, and an individual company can obtain between 1,000 and 9,999.99 euros in grants.

SMEs with a registered office in the Republic of Slovenia that meet the conditions of the public call are eligible for the vouchers. Eligible costs include preparation for certification, the purchase of standards, and the costs of obtaining, maintaining, or renewing certificates obtained on the basis of international, European, or equivalently recognized Slovenian standards or certification schemes, such as ISO, IATF, IEC and ITU, EN and ETSI, EMAS, ECOLABEL, IFS, BRC, FSC, PEFC, COSMOS.

The public call is open until the funds are exhausted or until March 31, 2028, at the latest. Companies submit applications electronically via the SEF ePortal, and they are processed in the order of receipt. Companies must submit a separate application for each individual certificate, allowing for multiple uses of funds within the framework of the public call.
