The Slovene Enterprise Fund (hereinafter SEF) has announced the public call P4L 2026 – Subsidised loans for companies in the wood industry, aimed at promoting investments in modern, sustainable and energy-efficient production processes in the wood processing sector. The financial instrument is implemented with funds from the Holding Fund, managed by SID – Slovene Export and Development Bank with the support of the European Union under the European cohesion policy 2021–2027.

The Slovene Enterprise Fund (hereinafter SEF) continues to implement calls from the microcredit scheme and announces a new public call P7-2 2026 – Microloans 2026, under which a total of EUR 10 million in favorable microloans will be available to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, provided from the resources of the SID Bank Fund of Funds. The purpose of the call is to enable businesses to access financing easily and quickly to support their operations, investments and liquidity provision.

The Slovene Enterprise Fund (SEF) is expanding the public call for guarantees for bank loans with an interest rate subsidy by an additional EUR 49.5 million. In addition to the existing line of general guarantees for investment in business real estate, two new lines are being introduced:

• guarantees for green, digital and circular economy projects, which require meeting at least one sustainability criterion, and
• micro-guarantees for financing working capital, primarily intended to ensure liquidity in smaller amounts.

This enables SEF to provide more comprehensive support to companies—both in implementing larger investments and in ensuring day-to-day operations.

Public Call V10 – Voucher for obtaining certificates is intended to encourage micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to improve the quality of their operations and increase competitiveness in domestic and foreign markets. The public call encourages companies to obtain new certificates and maintain or renew existing certificates for management systems, products, processes, and services, aiming to contribute to higher product and service quality and strengthen the potential of Slovenian companies in foreign markets.
