  • The application is submitted electronically via the Fund’s ePortal
  • The application can be submitted on the following application deadlines:
    • March 24, 2023 until 2:00 PM
    • April 4, 2023 until 2:00 PM

2. Registration and creation of a company in the ePortal

  • Before completing the application form, the applicant registers and creates a company profile
  • If the applicant needs assistance in preparing the application, they can add an authorized representative who is also registered on the Fund’s ePortal.

3. Preparation of the application

  • Step 1:
    • Application for financing P7-2 2023 COVID MICROCREDITS – available on the ePortal
    • If the applicant decides to seek professional assistance, they can add an authorized representative for the preparation and submission of the application upon registration of their company or later. The applicant may only appoint an authorized representative if they are also registered on the Fund’s ePortal.
    • Questionnaire for determining the political exposure of a person (an integral part of the application for financing)
    • Questionnaire for determining connections with a high-risk country (an integral part of the application for financing)
    • Authorization for the needs of data verification at FURS
  • Step 2: Appropriate financial attachments
  • Step 3: Sending the application
    • The documentation that constitutes a complete application in accordance with point 6 of the call documentation shall be submitted to the Fund’s ePortal.
    • Complete documentation submitted to the ePortal comprises:
      • application for financing (digital server signature of the authorized person for representation),
      • questionnaire for determining the political exposure of a person (digital server signature of the authorized person for representation),
      • questionnaire for determining connections with a high-risk country (digital server signature of the authorized person for representation),
      • authorization for the purpose of verifying data at FURS,
      • accounting statements for 2021, in accordance with those publicly published on AJPES,
      • credit rating s.BON-1 (or eS.BON)
