Final phase of the application review process for the P2 2026 public tender

The Slovene Enterprise Fund informs applicants who submitted applications for the public tender P2 – Incentives for the Start-up of Innovative Companies in 2026 and have not yet received decisions that the final phase of verifying compliance with the conditions and commitments of the public tender is currently underway, in cooperation with the Ministry of the Economy, Tourism and Sport (MGTŠ) and the Ministry of Finance (MF).

Following the completion of all verification procedures, applicants will receive decisions regarding their applications. Based on the current progress of the procedures, we anticipate the issuance of decisions within 14 days.

Due to high demand, the P7R 2026 call closed after the first deadline.

Please be informed that within the first application deadline of the public call P7R 2026 (May 4, 2026, by 2:00 PM), we received more than 410 applications, with the total requested loan value exceeding EUR 20.8 million.

Given that the available funds for the call amount to EUR 10.0 million, we have officially closed the call on our website due to the volume of applications received.

The public call P7R 2026 aims to provide favorable financing for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises in border problem areas to ensure liquidity, implement investments, and support business growth and development.

The Slovene Enterprise Fund is allocating EUR 1.8 million in incentives for business startups in border regions facing challenges in 2026.

The Slovene Enterprise Fund (hereinafter SEF) continues its active support for entrepreneurship in border regions facing challenges in 2026 and announces a public call for proposals P2R 2026 – Incentives for Business Startups in Border Regions Facing Challenges in 2026, which is funded by the Ministry of Cohesion and Regional Development. The purpose of the call is to stimulate the creation of new micro and small enterprises and to strengthen their development potential, competitiveness, and long-term business sustainability in regions with more pronounced development challenges.

SEF’s P2 incentive for the launch of innovative companies available in 2026

The Slovene Enterprise Fund (hereinafter: SEF) is publishing the public call P2 2026 – Incentives for the launch of innovative companies in 2026, aimed at supporting innovative micro and small enterprises developing new products, services or processes with high added value. This year as well, the call gives priority support to companies operating in areas aligned with the principles of climate neutrality, the circular economy, and Slovenia’s Smart Specialisation Strategy (S5).
